RL Groves & Sons, Inc.

I am Jerry Groves, the founder and CEO of R.L. Groves & Sons. Our family-owned business was started by my parents Ronald and Connie Groves and was established in the 1970’s in Maryland. I am the youngest of their three sons, all born and raised in Maryland.
At the time the company was established, R.L. Groves & Sons did everything from small home renovations to new home construction. In the mid-90’s, Ron relocated the family to Pennsylvania and the business took a sideline to raising a family and managing a farm.
Twenty years later, my wife Karen and I had the opportunity to pick up R. L. Groves & Sons where my dad left off, in our hometown of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. We decided to focus our services on exterior home renovations, specializing in storm renovation. Karen and I are so proud to see all our efforts positively impact so many lives in our community and the surrounding areas over the past several years.
In 2019, we expanded our service area and are now successfully helping communities in Maryland and West Virginia.
In 2020, Karen and I headed south to start our latest adventure in South Carolina where our newest branch of R. L. Groves & Sons is flourishing. We are so glad to be able to provide great service now in Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, and South Carolina.
Karen and I have continued to keep with our family roots with our son and our flourishing farm of critters. We enjoy spending time with family and friends outdoors and experiencing life as much as possible. Our hope is to continue to have a positive impact on those around us and to surround ourselves with positive people.
